Our Ceremonial Cocoa pack allows you to access an online Cocoa Ceremony guided by Yamila, our Ceremonist. You can enjoy in the privacy of your home tasting the purest Mexica ceremonial Cacao , the Mayan cradle of xocolatl.

  • 100% Ceremonial Grade Creole Cocoa. Organic Creole cocoa paste (Mexico) included.

The cocoa included is 100% Creole, without mixtures from the area with the oldest records of ceremonial use of cocoa, dating back to approximately 1500 BC
The cocoa paste consists of the roasted cocoa kernel, pressed and made into a paste. It is roasted at a very low temperature to avoid degradation of properties and leaves a characteristic residue, as a guarantee of its extraordinary quality.

It comes from the home gardens of Mayan families in the mangroves of southern Mexico . It is handcrafted by indigenous minorities : pollinated by hand, and handcrafted in a traditional and artisanal way by native Mayan families. This is not industrial or mass production.

About our Ceremonialist

Yamila, who is the granddaughter of Diaguita and Huarpes indigenous people.

She is an astrologer, knowledgeable about the Inca medicine wheel, the Cholquij (ancient Maya sacred calendar) which she applies in her ceremonies, as well as the rites of Munay Ki.

Her main mastery comes from her gift for channeling master plants, with which she has traversed her powerful initiatory path.

She has specialized in the art of ancestral cacao ceremony with different elders. In her ceremonies, she shares the ancestral knowledge of the Americas gathered from her work with various shamans and elders. She is trained and initiated in the Mexica Maya ceremony and also in the Quit’ze Maya tradition.

Our Cacao

The cacao is prayed over by our ceremonialist and does not come from industrial plantations, but from domestic orchards. The cacao that accompanies our rituals is Mexica of Maya lineage. 100% Criollo, from one of the oldest varieties in the world.

It comes from pure trees, of original American variety, from the area where the oldest ceremonial use of cacao by the Mayan people is recorded.

It originates from small plantations among mangroves in southern Mexico (the cradle of cacao) and is artisanally crafted by indigenous minorities.
